The Torrent Spirit is a level 45 Normal creature found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. All 5 of its marked spots in the region are in the Garden of the Illusion God, so that is the one area to head for when you need them. It does not attack on sight, so you can walk in and choose your fights without being dragged into combat on the way.
