The Tunapre Slink is a level 4 Normal creature found in the open world of Ishalgen, on the Asmodian side. It does not attack on sight, so you can walk among them without being pulled into a fight. Ishalgen has 28 marked spots for it, and 27 of those sit around Tunapre Lake, which makes the lake the obvious place to hunt. Munihelle Forest holds the remaining one, a lone spawn that is rarely worth the detour.

Teleport to the Witch's Cabin statue, which is about 90 m from Tunapre Lake, a short walk to the shore. The same statue also serves Munihelle Forest at about 150 m if you happen to need that single spawn. The main reason to come here is the Episode quest Isolated Lake, which asks you to defeat 3 Tunapre Slinks. Finishing it pays 3,915 XP, Kina (Bound) x1,600 and Courage Scroll (Bound) x20, and the cluster at the lake lets you clear the kills within moments of arriving.
