Vampire Vivel is a level 14 Normal-rank creature found in the open world on the Asmodian side, and it won't attack you on sight. All 71 of its marked spots in Altgard sit in Nameless Cemetery, so that is the only place to hunt it. Because it leaves you alone until you engage, you can choose which ones to pull.
