Attacks on sightNo

The Wandering Sura Ranger is a level 41 Normal-rank creature found in the open world, and it does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights rather than having them forced on you. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, where all 20 of its marked spots sit in Scarlet Forest. With every spawn gathered in that single area, Scarlet Forest is the only place you need to go to hunt it.
