The Wandering Wind Spirit is a level 44 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. All 17 of its marked spots are in the Garden of the Illusion God, which makes that area the only place to hunt it. It does not attack on sight, so you can choose when to start each fight.

Spiritstone drops at 3.9%, Refining Stone at 0.65% and Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Several quests also bring you here. The episode quest Pilgrims of the Garden and the regional quest Destroyed Monument each need 5 kills, and Destroyed Monument also awards the Sculptor title. The duties Diligent Groundskeeper I and II need 20 and 25 kills, and Festival Preparations: Garden of the Illusion God II is a repeatable duty that needs 20.
