The Withered Canyon Agrint is a level 33 creature of Normal rank that roams the open world and does not attack on sight. On the Elyos side, all 6 of its marked spots in Verteron are in Altamia Canyon, so that is the one area to head for when you need to hunt it. Since it leaves you alone until you engage, you can work through the canyon at your own pace.
