Come Out, Floret is a Bloomville side quest that asks you to bring Clovis a set of six regional Iris forms. Iris is a flower-like Aniimo with seven total forms, but only the six regional variants count here. The Prismana form is not part of the task.
Quick answer: Catch the Basic, Highland, Forest, Grassland, Plateau, and Mountain Woods Iris forms across Breezy Plains, keep all six in your box, then return to Clovis in Bloomville to finish.
Level requirement before you start catching
Reach at least Wayfarer I (Level Cap: 45) before you commit to this quest. The Plateau and Highland forms sit at the top of the level range, and catching them earlier is close to impossible.
Capture rates depend on how far below the target you are. Staying within a 10-level range of an Iris makes a normal Aniipod a realistic tool. If your character is badly underleveled, a regular catch attempt on a high-level Iris will almost always fail.
An Aniipod Ultra or a Sparkling Cube guarantees a capture on a high-level Iris, but spending one here is wasteful. Leveling up first is the cheaper route.

Every regional form appears in the Breezy Plains region. The single-location forms are the simplest to track down; the Grassland and Mountain Woods forms show up in several areas, so pick whichever matches your current level.

An Iris you caught and then released does not count. All six forms must be sitting in your box or your party at the same time for the objective to complete.
