What the Fulminous Soul actually is
The evolution screen labels the requirement “Fulminous Soul,” but the item that lands in your bag is named Soul of Electric Shock. Fulminous Soul is the effect it grants, not a separate object you go hunting for.
This Legendary evolution material permanently opens Wisptis’s branching route to Fulmintis, its Lightning-type DPS form. Only one Soul is necessary. After it enters your inventory, the Fulmintis route remains unlocked, meaning later Wisptis evolutions do not consume another Soul.
How to get the Soul of Electric Shock
The Soul is a reward on the paid tier of Aniimo‘s seasonal Companion Handbook battle pass. Players can choose the free Standard Edition or the paid Advanced Edition, but only the latter contains the Soul. It is not distributed separately through wild drops, shops, alpha rewards, or events.
The Soul does not appear anywhere on the free Standard track, regardless of level. Obtaining it requires ownership of the Advanced Edition.
Evolution requirements for Fulmintis
The Soul covers only part of the requirement. Evolution also calls for reaching the required level and spending the necessary stones.

How to get a Fulmintis for free
Although it does not come through evolution, a free player can get one Fulmintis without spending money. The free Standard Edition of the Companion Handbook awards an Incredible Fulmintis Egg at level 10. Hatching the egg always produces Fulmintis with Elite Potential or higher.
For free players, this is presently the sole Fulmintis source, and it yields only one. It does not grant Soul of Electric Shock, leaving Wisptis unable to evolve into Fulmintis through your own materials.
Non-paying players receive this Fulmintis only once, so twining it with a Sparkling Cube or using a Capafruit to improve its potential is worthwhile for securing Sparkling and Perfect Potential.
Extra rewards in the paid tiers
The Advanced Edition offers additional rewards beyond the Soul. Its contents include a Prismana Fulmintis Egg, which hatches into a guaranteed Prismana Fulmintis. The separate Keepsakes Companion Handbook costs $19.99 and provides the Fulmintis Avatar Frame, a cosmetic that changes appearance only.
