There is a cave in Echoback Landing that hands out a Prismana Aniimo Egg, and it only appears if you do things in a very specific order. Walk in, look at the two Susutas sitting in the shell circle, walk back out, and walk straight back in. The Susutas will be gone, and a purple egg will be sitting in the nest where they were.
Quick answer: Enter the cave at -1258, 1604 in Echoback Landing, approach the two Susutas, leave the cave, then immediately re-enter. The egg spawns in the shell nest.
Prismana Aniimo Egg location in Breezy Plains
The egg sits inside a small cave in the Echoback Landing region of the Breezy Plains. The entrance is at the edge of shallow water and is partly blocked by blue crystals, with an “Enter the Cave” prompt when you get close.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Region | Breezy Plains |
| Area | Echoback Landing |
| Cave coordinates | -1258, 1604 |
| Inside the cave | Circle of pink shells, two Susutas |
| Pickup reward | Egg x1, Exp +100 |
Open the map, zoom into Echoback Landing, and set a marker on those coordinates before you run over. The cave is a separate instance with its own loading screen, which is the part the trick depends on.

If the Susutas are still there, you likely took too long or left the area entirely between visits. Leave and re-enter again in one clean loop.
How to hatch the egg at an Outpost Hatchinator
The egg does nothing in your bag. Its item text is explicit about where it goes: use it in the Outpost Hatchinators to hatch an unknown type of Aniimo. Any Outpost with a Hatchinator works, including the one in the Forest of Falling Stars at -1247, 1016.

Which Aniipod to twine with the egg
The Aniipod you hatch with locks in the Potential rating of whatever comes out. Only two of them carry a guarantee, and everything else is a plain catching device with no effect on the result.
| Aniipod | Rarity | Hatch effect |
|---|---|---|
| Aniipod | Rare | None |
| Aniipod Pro | Epic | None |
| Aniipod Mega | Epic | None |
| Aniipod Hyper | Epic | None |
| Aniipod Trace | Epic | None |
| Tumbler | Epic | None |
| Aniipod Ultra | Legend | Elite Potential or better |
| Sparkling Cube | Prismatic | Sparkling, Elite Potential or better |
Save the Aniipod Ultra and the Sparkling Cube for eggs you actually care about. Once an egg is twined, that is the outcome you keep.
What hatches and how to confirm it worked
The reveal happens in four callouts as you pet the egg, one for role, one for stage, one for element, and one for Potential. A run of this cave egg produced a DPS-type, Nova Stage, Grass-element, Elite Aniimo, which turned out to be Irisal in its Prismana form at Level 4.
The species you get is random. Twenty-two Aniimo have a Prismana form, and Irisal is one of them alongside names like Panpanta, Sherro, Thornblade and Magmarex. What the egg does guarantee is the rainbow-sheened Prismana form itself, which is the same rarity axis you would otherwise chase in the wild during Prismana Flow weather.
You can tell it landed by the Claim screen at the end of the hatch: the Aniimo’s card shows its name, its role, its level and the Prismana tag under the Potential rating. Once claimed, it joins your roster like any caught Aniimo.
Speeding up the hatch timer
Longer eggs run on a timer rather than a six-second countdown, and there are three ways to shorten the wait.
- Caress the egg to cut time off the clock, with a daily cap on how often you can do it.
- Let friends caress your eggs, which works on top of your own daily limit.
- Hatch on a weekend, when hatch time is halved from Friday through Sunday.
The Hatchinator back in your Homeland also picks up eggs from nearby Pathfinders within range, so it is worth parking there when you have a queue of eggs rather than hatching one at a time at Outposts.
