Aniimo: How to Get Waleetle Snowfield Form

Waleetle (Snowfield Form) is an Earth/Ice DPS creature that only appears in one place, and only when the sky cooperates. It rolls through the snowy plateau of Russet Highlands wrapped in a frost-covered, spiked ball, and catching one fills entry No. 057 in your index.

Quick answer: Set the weather to Snowy in Russet Highlands, teleport to Twister Peaks, glide east past the Vigilant Eyes challenge into the snowy valley below, then throw an Anipod at the Level 51 Waleetle to catch it.

Requirements before you go

The Snowfield Form will not appear at all unless the weather is right. Confirm these conditions first so you do not waste a trip.

Weather set to Snowy in Russet Highlands — both the Snowfield Baleetle and Waleetle only spawn in snow.
An Anipod for the capture — Anipod Mega works well against the Level 51 target.
The Twister Peaks waypoint unlocked so you can teleport straight to the region.

If you are not sure how to change the sky, check the in-game weather controls before leaving town so Russet Highlands is already snowing when you arrive.

Route to the Waleetle spawn in Russet Highlands

Russet Highlands sits within the Breezy Plains and runs roughly Level 49–51. The Snowfield Waleetle lives down in the open snowy valley below the ridge, near the coordinates 0005, 1836.

In Russet Highlands, use the waypoint at Twister Peaks. It places you at the region’s upper end, near the route east.

Travel east across the highlands toward the Vigilant Eyes challenge area, passing the tall stone pillar sanctum along the way.

At the cliff edge, glide down between the stone pillars to the snowy lower ground. The valley floor is where the rolling creatures gather.

How to catch Waleetle Snowfield Form

The Snowfield Waleetle appears as a Level 51 creature rolling a spiked snowball across the plain. Wild catch odds sit at around 19%, so keep spare Anipods ready in case the first throw fails.

Spot the creature pushing its frozen, thorn-wrapped ball through the snow and equip your Anipod Mega.

Throw the Anipod at the Waleetle to snare it. If the first attempt breaks free, throw again until it is secured.

Confirm the catch worked

A successful capture registers the Snowfield Form as No. 057 in your index, and you will see collection progress increase for the Waleetle Special Form. Open the map menu to review the Russet Highlands habitat details, where both the Baleetle and Waleetle Snowfield Forms are listed with their snowy weather requirement.

Alternative: evolve from Snowfield Baleetle

If you would rather raise one, the Snowfield Baleetle is the unevolved stage and shares the same snowy Russet Highlands area, where it spawns more often and is easier to run into. Evolving it into the Snowfield Waleetle takes two conditions.

Snowfield Baleetle must reach Level 39.
The evolution must happen while you are in a snowy area.

Either path lands you the same creature, so catch the wild Level 51 if you want it fast, or grow a Baleetle through the snow if you prefer to build one up yourself.
