It's a catchable Chirpi-family Aniimo, evolved from Chirpi, standing 1.2 m and weighing 14 kg, and it fills a DPS slot in battle. All four of its marked spots fall within The Argent Strait, which makes that region the obvious target rather than splitting your time. Since all four spots cluster in one place, there's no real choice to make between one area and sweeping the rest, so head straight for The Argent Strait and clear the lot in one go. Teleport to the Blitzwood bloom point and cover the last 245 m on foot to reach them. Lumin Amber and a Chest sit within sight of nearly every spot, and a Brew aromathyst overlooks about half, so grab those as you pass through rather than doubling back.
