The Elite Pathfinder Challenge is a landmark that runs almost the whole span of a playthrough, from as low as levels 13-14 at the Sea of Flowers up through 53-60 on the Tideblossom Coast, so you'll meet these markers early and keep meeting them well into the late game. Seven markers sit across the two maps, six on the World and one on Astra. If you want an easy first tick, Beast Fang Ridge at levels 29-32 is the one to head for, while Zephyrus Landbridge at 47-57 waits until you are stronger.

The real split is Phoebe Street against the World spots. Its stop, Horizon Square, sits some 865 m off, a long trudge for a lone marker, so I would leave it and clear the World map in one go. Beast Fang Ridge is the easy start, barely 65 m from its Bloom stop; Whiterose Tower puts you 100 m from Rosetower Woods, and Mudstone Pass a longer 185 m from Berylline Vale. Half the spots have a chest in view, and roughly a third turn up an Aniipod or loose items, so it is worth a look at each.
