That lone marker falls within the Sea of Flowers, an area pitched for levels 25 to 27, so this is the sole example you will encounter rather than one of a set spread around the map. As a landmark type, it is a fixed point worth logging on your travels, both for the visit itself and for what waits nearby once you reach it.

Fast travel to the Sea of Flowers (RV Park), the closest point to set off from, then cover the short stretch of roughly 115 m on foot to reach the landmark itself. When you arrive, a Chest sits in plain view, so it is worth grabbing on the same visit. Look out too for a Spiked Herb standing within sight of the spot. Both are close enough to pick up in one quick outing, meaning you can reach the Rift and clear what surrounds it without doubling back.
