Dr. Glass’s Trial spans levels 21 to 50, so it sits from the middle of a run through to its later stretch, with the two in the Forest of Falling Stars the lowest at 21-22 and Rosetower Woods reaching 50. It is a map landmark type, with nine marked in all, spread across six areas: two in Berylline Vale at 44-46, two in the Forest of Falling Stars, one apiece in the Mistwoods at 35-36, Russet Highlands at 44-45, Blitzwood at 39-41, and Rosetower Woods. If you want a paired stop early, the Forest of Falling Stars is the area to aim for.

For a quick double, the Forest of Falling Stars wins outright: teleport in at its Bloom point and it is just 115 metres on foot to reach both marks, so I would clear that pair first and leave the scattered singles for whenever you happen to pass. If you do sweep the rest, the Mistwoods is the least effort, with only 85 metres between its Bloom point and the mark. Roughly four in ten of these spots have an Aniipod in view, about a fifth show loose items, and one in ten has Azure Grass close by.
