At levels 33 to 34 in one area and 52 to 54 in another, Fenrier fits a mid-run team once you've a few hours in. It's an Ice DPS from the Bonesky family, a wild catch that later becomes Glynsera, so it's worth picking up early rather than leaving. The 21 marked spots split hard between two places: Beast Fang Ridge holds 18 in that lower band, while Driftwise Meadow keeps only three at the far higher levels. For a first pass at this creature, Beast Fang Ridge is the sensible choice.

Given the split, take the Ridge and leave Driftwise for later. Teleport in at Beast Fang Ridge (Bloom), then cover the 260 m on foot to reach the cluster of 18. That short approach earns you far more encounters than trekking round the map for the odd three, so there's no real contest. Most of these spots sit within sight of a chest and an Aniipod, with a smaller share near loose items, so you can gather as you catch and clear the whole pocket before moving on.
