Iris (Forest) sits in the level 21-24 band, so this is mid-run work rather than something for an early roster. It's a wild Grass Aniimo in the Iris family, small at 0.85 m and 6 kg, and it fills a DPS role in battle. Across the World map it's marked in 38 spots, but these split unevenly between two regions: 36 in the Forest of Falling Stars and just two in the Sea of Flowers. That heavy weighting makes the Forest of Falling Stars the sensible place to catch it.
Areas with Iris (Forest)
| Area | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Forest of Falling Stars | Lv. 21–22 | 36 |
| Sea of Flowers | Lv. 21–24 | 2 |
Sweeping both areas isn't worth it when nearly all the spots sit in one region, so head straight for the Forest of Falling Stars rather than detouring to the two scattered ones. Teleport in at Bloom and cover the 130 m or so on foot, and you'll have plenty of targets close together. Loose items sit within sight of most spots, with the occasional Aniipod or chest to grab in passing. Once yours hits Aniimo level 18 and you down the Alpha Irisal, it evolves into Irisal.
