Rosetower Woods holds the most Pomawk, with both of its marked spots sitting there at levels 43 to 50. Pomawk is a wild Grass Aniimo that fills a BREAK role in battle, a small creature at 1.25 m and 6 kg belonging to the Pomegg family. Those two spots are the only places it appears across the whole World map, so there's nowhere else to look. Everything to do with catching it stays within this one stretch of the woods.

Areas with Pomawk

Area	Level	Spawn points
Rosetower Woods	Lv. 43–50	2

Both spots share their ground with more than just Pomawk. Brew aromathyst, an Aniipod Pro, and a Chest all stand within sight of nearly every marked point, so the same stretch pays off several times over. Get there by teleporting to Rosetower Woods via Bloom, then cover the roughly 185 m on foot to reach the pair. Once caught, Pomawk stays as it is, growing from a Pomegg with nothing further beyond it, so the one you take home is already the finished creature.
