If you want the easiest run, The Mistwoods is the region to make for, since its cluster sits closest to a teleport and holds the lowest-level nodes of the bunch.

For the closest approach, teleport to the Mistwoods Bloom and cover the short 65 m stretch on foot to reach the nearest cluster. The area rewards a wider sweep too: loose items sit within view of most spots, Aniipods turn up beside more than half of them, and chests appear near almost half, so it's worth scanning around as you gather. The Threadstar Plant itself feeds into home materials, making it the node to prioritise when you're furnishing and decorating your own space.
