It's a Legendary gathering node, so working through the set means moving between all three areas. Each stop yields home materials, making it worth adding to your route whenever you're in one of those regions.

The Peony feeds into home materials, so gather it whenever you pass. For the earliest cluster, head for Bloomville and cover the last 90 m or so on foot to reach the three Sea of Flowers spots. Chasing the higher-level nodes means starting from Whiterose Tower with a 195 m stretch out to Rosetower Woods, or Tideblossom Coast with a longer 315 m stretch of its own. Watch for a Chest near most spots, and an Aniipod Pro or an Aniipod sits within sight of about half.
