Tubster (Highland Form) turns up in two places on the world map: one spot in Zephyrus Landbridge, where it sits at levels 47-57, and one in Russet Highlands, where it runs a little lower at levels 45-50. It is a wild Aniimo you can catch, standing 1.4 m tall and weighing 18 kg. It belongs to the Chirpi family and pairs Wind and Grass elements, filling the BREAK role in battle. It does not evolve any further.

This is the fully grown form of Chirpi (Highland Form), so if you have raised one you already know the creature; catching a wild one saves you the growing. For the Zephyrus Landbridge spot, teleport to Sandcastle Hill and walk roughly 90 m. For Russet Highlands, use Twister Peaks and cover about 100 m. A Chest sits within view of the spot in both cases, and at one of the two you will also spot a Tartball and an Aniipod nearby.
