In-game description

Frozen River is a frozen river in the north of Pendola Pass, the map that arrived with the 2.0 update (Frozen Trail). Anyone out on the ice has little to hide behind, so crossing it leaves you in plain view. The in-game map marks it as a Nature loot area.

An ordinary round has 21 container spots here, though most are possible spots and a round fills only some of them. Worn Backpacks and Grenade Tubes make up the bulk, alongside 2 Raider Caches, 2 Weapon Cases, 2 Ammo Boxes and 2 Medical Bags, plus a Rocketeer Husk and an ARC Courier. A Sentinel and a Snitch each have a spawn point on the river, though not every spawn point is used in every round. There is also room for a small flying machine and a large ground machine, and which machine shows up varies from round to round. An Emergency Shelter sits here too.

Northern Transceiver is the closest way out, about 60 m away, with Supermarket Transceiver at about 170 m as a fallback. Railroad Junction is about 110 m off, and Dispatch Tower and Almatera Station are both about 150 m away. Husk Graveyard rounds bring 3 container spots of their own to the river.
