Providence Island in Borderlands 4: Story Pack 2 – FL4K and the Last Resort adds four repeatable combat activities split across two Occupied Sectors and two Tediore Lockdowns. Between them they hold five bosses you can farm, and each one sits inside a sealed bunker or a lockdown arena that has its own way in.
Quick answer: Blackgrin is in the Occupied Sector at Pyroclast Grotto and Unreal Steel with Frame Controller Jayson hold the Lapillus Bend Tediore Lockdown, both in Pyroclast Field. All Occupied Sector and Tediore Lockdown bosses
There are five bosses in total, since Lapillus Bend pits you against a duo. Occupied Sectors are cleared by fighting through a bunker to a fixed boss room, while Tediore Lockdowns spawn their boss once you kill enough enemies inside the marked area.

Note: dedicated legendary and pearlescent drops for these bosses are not confirmed yet. Each fight is expected to reward its own loot, but the specific items are still being verified.
Pyroclast Field bosses
Blackgrin — Occupied Sector: Pyroclast Grotto
Blackgrin holds the Occupied Sector in the southeast part of Pyroclast Field. The entrance is a Tediore door locked by clusters. Shoot one cluster to turn it red, then shoot that red cluster, and keep repeating with each new red cluster until the door opens and lets you into the bunker.
Inside, the layout is linear. Follow the ziplines through the bunker until you reach the boss room. Blackgrin has a red health bar, but he can turn invisible and raise a blue shield, so kill him as quickly as possible before he stalls the fight.
Unreal Steel & Frame Controller Jayson — Tediore Lockdown: Lapillus Bend
This boss duo appears at the Lapillus Bend Tediore Lockdown, north of the Tiki Bar in Pyroclast Field. To trigger them, clear enough enemies inside the lockdown area. Both bosses carry three health bars each, so this is a long fight.
Unreal Steel starts with a blue health bar followed by two yellow bars. Frame Controller Jayson starts with a yellow health bar followed by two red bars. Both move fast and both have close-range attacks that can kill you instantly, so keep your distance and try to separate them rather than letting them box you in.
Bagheera Range bosses
Drilla Killa — Occupied Sector: Akela Island
Drilla Killa is the final boss of the Akela Island Occupied Sector, in the northwest area of Bagheera Range. Travel west to reach a dock, then use the zipline to cross to the bunker. Open the door by destroying the clusters, then work through the bunker to the boss.
Drilla Killa is a Ripper who drives a large vehicle, ramming you and firing missile barrages at your position. His vehicle is immune to damage, so target the seated enemy instead of the machine to drain his single red health bar. Stay on the move, since both the missiles and getting run over will kill you.
Big Bada Boom Drone — Tediore Lockdown: Shere Cliff
Big Bada Boom Drone runs the Tediore Lockdown at Shere Cliff, west of Bagheera Range. As with the other lockdown, kill enough enemies to spawn it. This sky drone has one blue health bar and two yellow bars.
Its main threat is teleportation. Each time it blinks to a new spot, it leaves behind an explosive. Destroy that explosive quickly, because if it detonates while you are inside its radius it will kill you instantly. Managing those charges while chasing the drone is what makes the fight difficult.
How to know an activity is done
An Occupied Sector counts as cleared once you reach the end of its bunker and defeat the boss inside, so Blackgrin and Drilla Killa each mark the finish of their sector. A Tediore Lockdown is finished when you thin out the enemies enough to spawn the boss and then kill it, which applies to both the Lapillus Bend duo and the Shere Cliff drone. Clearing each activity is how you open it up for repeat boss farming once dedicated drops are confirmed.
