Global-version codes and Garena-version codes are not interchangeable. If a code fails to redeem, check whether it was distributed for the version of the game installed on the account, since Garena players (mostly across Southeast Asia) receive their own separate batch of codes on a more frequent schedule.
How to redeem codes in Call of Duty Mobile
Redemption happens on a browser page, not inside the mobile app itself. The process only takes a minute once the UID is in hand.
Garena players redeem differently. Open the Events tab on the right side of the screen, then go to Tasks, Featured, and Redemption Center, and paste the code into the pop-up box that appears. Rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox the same way.

New codes tend to surface around season launches, in-game events, and collaborations, and they’re often shared first through the official Call of Duty Mobile account on X. Codes handed out during livestreams or promotional pushes commonly expire within hours, so redeeming them as soon as they appear improves the odds of success.
Rewards claimed from the in-game mailbox typically need to be collected within 30 days before they disappear, so it’s worth checking the mail icon shortly after any successful redemption rather than letting it sit.
