Combat Initiation Eggstravaganza — Every Egg, Ranked by Rarity and How to Grab Them

Combat Initiation's Eggstravaganza event arrived with update v2.2.2 on March 28 and runs through April 26. Inspired by Roblox's classic Egg Drop events from 2008 and 2010, the limited-time modifier scatters 56 collectible eggs throughout the game's maps. Every egg you pick up becomes a permanent vanity accessory for your character. Tracking them all down takes patience, exploration, and — for a handful of the rarest ones — a fair amount of luck.

Quick answer: There are 56 total eggs split into 48 standard obtainable eggs, 3 optional eggs, and 5 Fabергé eggs. You can track your progress by clicking the Egg icon at the bottom-left of the main menu to open the Egg Index.

How the Eggstravaganza modifier works

Eggstravaganza is enabled as a default modifier, which means eggs randomly spawn throughout active gameplay sessions. You can disable it in the modifier settings if you'd rather play without egg spawns cluttering the map. The event also applies a bright spring theme with Easter and clover decorations to the Hub, Crossroads, and Glass Houses maps.

Three event-exclusive gamepasses are available in the Shopkeeper's Shop and the Easter House to help with egg hunting:

Egg CompassPoints you toward nearby eggs
EggdarRadar-style egg detection
Eggdetector 600Advanced egg-finding tool

Six Easter-themed vanity accessories are also on sale for the duration of the event.

Many of these egg names are direct callbacks to Roblox's original Egg Drop 2008 and Egg Drop 2010 events. The Stationary Egg of Boring, Golden Egg of Kings, and Wikipedian Egg of Alien Mind Control all appeared in the very first Eggstravaganza back in 2008.

Confirmed egg locations and collection tips

Not every egg has a fixed spawn point. Many appear randomly across the Act 1 maps or the Hub, and some have unique behaviors when you approach them. Below are the eggs with confirmed location details and the fastest way to collect each one.

Easiest Egg

This red egg with white stripes spawns virtually anywhere on the map and tends to appear in the direction you're already walking. It lives up to its name — just keep moving, and you'll stumble into it.

Untextured Egg In Plain Sight

Head to the Shop on the bottom floor of the Hub. The egg sits next to the row of helmets for sale. It has no texture applied, making it look like a plain white shape — easy to overlook if you're not paying attention.

Elevated Egg Of Eyrie

Climb the large treehouse on the southern side of the map. Start at the base of the tree and jump onto the wooden sections, circling upward until you reach the ladder. Climb to the very top of the treehouse to find this blue egg waiting.

Arborist's Verdant Egg Of Leafyness

This egg spawns at the peak of any Pine tree on the map. Look up at the treetops as you explore. You'll need a jump boost potion to reach it — drink one, then leap to collect the egg mid-air.

Chocolate Egg

Enter the Chocolate Mines cave and explore until you find this egg somewhere inside. Its spawn location within the cave is random, so you may need to search the full interior.

Stationary Egg Of Boring

A light blue egg that appears at a random spot on the Act 1 map. True to its name, it doesn't move at all. Walk up and grab it.

Chrome Egg Of Speeding Bullet

Another Act 1 map egg with a black-and-white texture. It rolls away when you get close, but it moves slowly enough that you can chase it down without any special abilities.

POW! To the Moon! Egg

This silver egg spawns near the edges of the Act 1 map. Touching it launches you skyward before you fall back down. You still collect it on contact, so the launch is just a fun side effect.

Starry Egg Of the Wild Ride

Look near house structures on the Act 1 map for this blue egg covered in a star pattern. When you touch it, your character rides the egg like a bucking bull across the map until it calms down. The egg counts as collected once you make contact.

Unassuming Egg Of Shyness

Found near Egg baskets on the Act 1 map. These eggs start rolling away when you approach. Press Q to dash and close the gap quickly before they escape.

Remaining eggs and what we know

Detailed spawn conditions for the remaining 46 eggs — particularly those in the Rare, Very Rare, and Extremely Rare tiers — are still being mapped out by the community. The Fabергé eggs (Hot Pink, Red, Blue, Green, and Golden Faberge Egg of Hivemind) are historically the hardest to find in Roblox Egg Drop events, and the same holds true here. The mysterious Combative Egg of Initiation, listed under the "???" rarity, likely has a unique or hidden unlock condition that hasn't been fully documented yet.

💡
Use the Egg Index (bottom-left Egg icon on the main menu) to see which eggs you've already collected and which names remain. This is the fastest way to figure out what you're still missing without manually tracking everything.

Other event additions in v2.2.2

The Eggstravaganza update wasn't just about eggs. Update v2.2.2 also introduced eight community-made taunts, a regulated preset chat system for team communication, six new lobby themes, and buffed Interruptions for ranged weaponry against regular enemies. The Hub and Glass Houses maps both received visual updates alongside the spring theme.

Bug fixes included a repair for pinging not working on basic parts like glass, along with several undocumented fixes. The development team noted that a full game recode is still in progress behind the scenes.

The Eggstravaganza event closes on April 26, giving you roughly four weeks from launch to hunt down all 56 eggs. Since every collected egg permanently unlocks as a wearable vanity, there's a real incentive to grab as many as possible before the modifier disappears. Keep checking the Egg Index, explore every corner of the Act 1 maps, and don't forget to look up — some of the best eggs are hiding in the treetops.
