Reaching the West Incursion Zone Resonant means clearing the parking garage objective first, and that chain runs straight into The Incursion Fault. Playing as Dylan Faden, you power a lift, recover a lost security key, and finally leap into a gravity-warped rift where a vision of Jesse waits. Finishing the ritual at the bottom rewards the Shift traversal ability, which you will need to progress toward the Dancer boss fight.
Quick answer: Carry the battery from the House of Mirrors to the Patterned Area lift, take the Parking Garage Security Key from the body in the laundromat, unlock the office, ride the elevator to the roof, and drop down the central shaft into the Incursion Fault.
From the city rooftop where the objective appears, drop down to street level and head into the House of Mirrors. Inside, grab the glowing orange power battery.
Carry the battery to the lift receptacle in the Patterned Area and insert it. Step onto the platform and ride it up to the upper street level.

Follow the street toward the parking structure. When you reach the administrative office door, you will find it locked and marked Key Required. A note taped beside it explains the guard is cleaning his gear at the laundromat, or smoking out back.
Find the Parking Garage Security Key at the laundromat
Leave the garage and follow the road, keeping the large garage building on your left, until you reach the Wear ‘Em & Wash ‘Em laundromat on the opposite side of the block.
The front doors are locked from the outside, so cut into the alley behind the building. Float over the red crystalline hazard flooring and avoid the laser to reach the rear door.

Once inside, search the guard’s body for the Parking Garage Security Key; the pickup also grants +94 Source and a Mourning Echo. From there, unlock the front doors on the interior side and return to the garage.
Move to the center of the roof and drop through the rectangular floor opening. This shaft runs down through the middle of the structure and lands you at the base of the Incursion Fault.

Enter the Fault and help Jesse complete the ritual
At the bottom, interact with the glowing CRT television sitting in the circle of golden leaves. This opens the objective Enter the Fault and pulls you into the surreal space beyond.
Follow the leaf-covered corridor and floating asphalt platforms until you reach Jesse near a barrier. Her dialogue triggers the objective Help Jesse Complete the Ritual before she vanishes.
When navigating routes altered by gravity, target a surface bearing a Gravity Anomaly and press L1 to match your gravity with it. If an anomaly’s edge is visible around a nearby corner, you may target that edge and press L1 as well. This demonstrates the Shift mechanic.
Activate the ritual television terminals along the route as you traverse the warped roadways. Reaching and interacting with the final monitor plays Jesse’s memory cutscene and completes the Fault.
Keep an eye on the wall symbols, such as the bicycle-lane markings, since they flag the anomaly surfaces you can Shift onto to keep moving forward.
Rewards and how to confirm completion
The objective chain pays out along the way, with the largest reward coming when the vision dissolves and the screen displays Quest Completed: THE INCURSION FAULT. That confirmation, along with the unlocked Shift ability, tells you the section is finished and you can climb back out toward the theater route.

With Shift unlocked, Dylan can align to Gravity Anomalies and run along walls, which reopens the West Incursion Zone toward the theater and the fight against the Dancer.
