Cookie Run: Crumble – How Princess Bari Cookie’s Damage Works at 0 Stars

Soul Guidance stats, Range Synergy providers, and the Arena setups that pushed her past 1.8 million damage unstarred.

Princess Bari Cookie landed in Cookie Run: Crumble on September 23, 2026 as part of the v1.4 update, arriving as a TSSR Fire Element Cookie in the Charge role. Her kit, Soul Guidance, is unusual because it does two jobs at once. It hits enemies directly, and it attaches souls to nearby Charge allies that deal damage of their own while cutting the damage those allies take.

Quick answer: At 0 stars, Soul Guidance deals 79.7% of ATK over 16 hits, plus 141% of each guided ally’s ATK. Keep her alive behind a frontline and she clears 1.8 million Arena damage unstarred.

Soul Guidance runs on a 5.5 second cooldown. She swings a blade woven from branches to damage enemies in front of her, wraps herself and nearby Charge allies in souls that grant DMG Down, Push RES and Lift RES, then charges at high ATK enemies and damages everything around them. The soul effect is the part people underestimate, because it keeps ticking damage while it is active.

Two things stand out there. She only guides two allies at zero stars, so the souls are worth far more when they land on Cookies with high attack. And the guiding damage scales off the guided Cookie’s ATK, not hers, which means her damage column in Battle Stats grows every time you pair her with another strong attacker.

What Skill AMP boosts on Soul Guidance

Soul Guidance damage is affected by Skill AMP, so anything that raises Skill AMP raises both her direct swing and the soul ticks. The defensive half of the skill does not follow that rule.

Skill AMP does not alter DMG Down, Lift RES, or Push RES. Adding more Skill AMP cannot improve her 40% guiding damage reduction.

For Sugar Runes, an HP Amp focus is the sensible starting point at 0 stars. Her problem in competitive play is not output, it is surviving long enough to finish more than one or two skill cycles.

Princess Bari Cookie is a Range recipient and grants no Synergy of her own. With Range applied, her 2.5 attack range and 2.5 guiding range both open up, which matters because she has to be close enough to cover her Charge allies with souls. Four Cookies provide it:

  • Macaron Cookie
  • Knight Cookie
  • Cream Soda Cookie
  • Toothpaste Cookie

A Range Synergy pet works as a substitute when you would rather spend a lineup slot on a defensive body than on a Synergy provider.

Arena setup that lets her finish her damage

PVP Arena is the cleanest place to measure her, because auto battles against real defence lineups expose whether she lives long enough to matter. The setup below is what turned repeated losses into wins.

Open the lineup menu and build around Charge allies. Soul Guidance only wraps Charge Cookies and herself, so a team packed with other roles wastes both guided soul slots.

Add a defensive frontline and shield support in front of the Charge cookies. Without a body to absorb the opening push, she gets eliminated before the second cast.
Check Companion Effects in the Pets menu. Charge damage reduction pets and the Candy Shade Pouch are both worth comparing here, and a Range Synergy pet frees the slot a Range provider would have taken.

Queue an Arena match and let it run on auto. Positioning matters more than input here, since she charges at high ATK enemies on her own and can walk herself into the enemy backline.

Open Battle Stats on the results screen after every match. The damage dealt breakdown is the only reliable way to confirm whether a lineup change actually raised her output or just changed who died first.

Arena damage results at 0 stars

The early matches are the useful ones, because they show the floor. In a lineup without enough frontline protection, she was knocked out early and the Battle Stats screen closed out at 250,127 damage. That is the number you get when a Charge Cookie never completes her rotation.

Enemy burst is the specific thing that shuts her down. Rye Cookie on the opposing side repeatedly cut her run short, and the post-match breakdown made the trade obvious once both damage totals sat side by side.

Once the lineup was reworked to shield the Charge cookies, the ceiling appeared. A sustained match with shield support pushed her past 1.8 million damage at zero stars. Swapping to a Range Synergy pet and running two more matches produced wins in both, with Cherry Cola Cookie posting a high total alongside her and Princess Bari Cookie leading the team in damage dealt on the final test.

The pattern holds across all six matches. Her damage is not a function of stars, it is a function of uptime. Every extra 5.5 second cycle she survives adds another full swing plus 3.5 seconds of soul ticks across two allies.

Rumble Arena buff for Charge Cookies

Rumble Arena currently runs a buff that grants attack and damage reduction to Charge Cookies. That stacks directly on top of the 40% guiding damage reduction she already hands her Charge allies, which makes a full Charge lineup considerably more durable in that mode than the same team is in standard Arena.

If you are deciding whether she is worth pulling at 0 stars, the honest read is that she is a top damage contributor the moment the lineup around her is built correctly, and near useless when it is not. Frontline first, Range Synergy second, star levels last.
