Disney Dreamlight Valley Parks Fest Quests and Green Button Rewards

Every daily and weekly Parks Fest quest, who gives it, and how many Green Buttons it pays out.

The Dreamlight Parks Fest runs from June 10 to June 30, 2026, and most of its quests reward Green Buttons, the currency you need to craft the event’s themed popcorn buckets and furniture. Quests come in two rhythms. A rotating daily quest from one named villager, plus a daily baking session, hands you Green Buttons every day. A set of repeating weekly quests from Scrooge McDuck pays out a larger lump sum each time.

Quick answer: Complete one daily quest from Mickey Mouse, Moana, Scrooge McDuck, Ursula, or WALL·E plus your daily baking session for a total of 20 Green Buttons per day, and finish each weekly “Decorate” quest from Scrooge McDuck for 50 Green Buttons each.

Daily Parks Fest quests and Green Buttons

Each day you receive one cooking-focused quest from a single villager out of a rotating cast. These villagers ask you to whip up something delicious, so keep event ingredients on hand. Completing the daily quest together with your daily baking session gives you 20 Green Buttons total per day. Check in regularly, because the daily quest resets and the buttons do not carry over if you skip a day.

Only one of these appears each day, so the giver rotates. The daily baking session is separate from the villager request, and both feed into the same 20 Green Button total.

Weekly Scrooge McDuck quests for 50 Green Buttons each

Scrooge McDuck runs the headline weekly quest line, which centers on gathering crafting resources, digging, mining, and picking flowers to turn into decorations for your Valley. Each completed weekly quest in the Decorate series rewards 50 Green Buttons, making these the fastest way to stockpile buttons for the higher-cost popcorn buckets.

Scrooge and Mirabel task quests

Alongside the daily and weekly cycle, Scrooge McDuck and Mirabel hand out a batch of task-style quests that keep the celebration going. Scrooge’s tasks lean on digging and mining for materials, while Mirabel’s tasks ask you to photograph and feed the Valley’s critters.

The Dreamlight Parks Fest: Dig It quest also starts the chain that unlocks the Mine Cart Popcorn Bucket, and the Critter Snaps quest leads into the Dug Pupcorn Bucket unlock. Finish those quest series before you try to craft those two buckets.

What Green Buttons unlock

Green Buttons are one of several event currencies, and they are the reward tied to quests specifically. You also collect Red Buttons near villager houses, Blue Buttons from pink-and-blue fishing ripples in Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach, and Flower Buttons foraged around the Plaza and Peaceful Meadow. Purple Buttons are crafted from a Blue Button, 2 Red Buttons, and 100 Dreamlight at a crafting station.

Every popcorn bucket recipe needs 40 Green Buttons, which is why finishing the daily and weekly quests matters. The table below shows the full button cost for each bucket.

Crafting each furniture bucket then unlocks a matching handheld accessory bucket through the event’s Village duties. For example, crafting the Metallic Mickey Popcorn Bucket completes the A Shining Icon duty and grants the handheld version.

Village duties and the Magic Kingdom Map rewards

Separate from the timed quests, the Parks Fest tracks a set of duties under the Village section of the Dreamlight Menu. These stay visible even when the event is not active, and a few can be finished at any time. The cupcake duty in particular uses ingredients that are not limited-time, so you can complete it outside the event window.

The Sweet Samaritan duty accepts the Mermaid Cupcake, Minnie Cupcake, Princess Aurora Raspberry Cupcake, Spaceship Earth Cupcake, and Stitch Cupcake. Cook 50 of any of these and gift them to villagers to earn the Magic Kingdom Map.

To verify a quest is paying out, watch your Green Button count rise after you turn it in, and check the Village duty list to confirm the matching accessory or map reward has unlocked. If a daily quest does not appear, you have likely already claimed it for the day, since only one villager request and one baking session count toward the 20-button daily total. Plan around the weekly Decorate quests for the bulk of your buttons, and use Scrooge’s digging and mining tasks plus Mirabel’s critter tasks to top up before the event closes on June 30.
