Dress To Impress Secret Item Badge: How to Get It (The Hunt: Roblox 20)

Dress To Impress hides this badge behind a separate objective from the game’s usual Hunt quest. You do not complete rounds; instead, search the lobby and map for sand piles, dig them up, gather paper cranes, and spend them to unlock a Secret World portal. The prize is not awarded inside Dress To Impress—it appears on a concealed podium in the back of The Hunt: Roblox 20 hub.

Requirements for the Dress To Impress secret badge

Three gates stand between you and the secret quest, and they have to be cleared in order.

Complete all 20 main historical Hunt quests and unlock Year Infinity — the official gate for every secret quest.
Complete the regular Dress To Impress Hunt quest, which is the two-round 2024 Rewind objective.
Have the Dress To Impress secret slot live in the hub, since secret quests release five at a time.
Use the same Roblox account for the in-game quest and the hub claim.

Dress To Impress secret slot status in Wave 2

Roblox releases the secret quests in batches of five. The first batch covers Crossroads, Work at a Pizza Place, Natural Disaster Survival, Piggy and Blade Ball, and those are the slots players can finish right now. Dress To Impress is tracked as part of the second batch alongside Rocket Arena, Apocalypse Rising 2, Roblox High School Legacy and Adopt Me.

As of the most recent check on September 22, those five central Wave 2 slots were still locked in the hub. Roblox has not published the Wave 2 line-up publicly and no official unlock time is confirmed, so treat the crane route below as the path to run the moment the slot opens.

A locked slot is not a bug on your account. If the podium in the hub shows no Dress To Impress secret entry, the quest has not gone live yet.

Finish the main 2024 Rewind quest first

The secret route only opens for players who already cleared the standard quest, and that one is short. It asks you to play two full rounds of the throwback 2024 mode — not to win them, not to place top three, and not to spend Robux on anything.

Open the server menu and pick the 2024 Rewind limited event server, then confirm the teleport. A normal Casual, Regular, Pro, Master or VIP server will never register the quest.

Play the round normally. Build any outfit for the theme using free clothing, makeup, nails and the skin tone booth, then walk the runway when the fashion show starts.

Stay until voting and results finish, then play a second full round. The counter in the top right moves from Rounds Played: 0/2 to 1/2 and then 2/2, and the badge “Completed 2 rounds of 2024 DTI” is awarded with a “Roblox Classic Quest Completed!” message.

Leaving during dressing time or mid-runway can stop a round from counting. If the tracker does not move, stay in the same server and run another complete round.

Lana’s seven items and the pink portal

Inside the 2024 build, Lana sits at the nail salon station and offers a scavenger hunt for seven keepsakes. Turning all seven in unlocks the glowing pink portal by the beach water, which is the teleport into the classic rounds. She hands out one clue at a time, so you deliver each item before the next request appears.

The obby lamp and both beach items can only be reached during intermission, so expect to wait out a round or two between deliveries.

Items that are easy to walk past

Dig the sand piles and collect six paper cranes

With the standard quest cleared, the secret route becomes available and turns the lobby into a dig site. Sand piles spawn around the lobby and map, and only certain ones are valid.

Walk the lobby and the outdoor map looking for diggable sand piles. They are interactable objects, so a prompt appears when you are close enough.

Interact with each pile and dig it up. A correct spot rewards a paper crane; an empty one simply gives nothing, so keep moving.

Keep digging until you hold six paper cranes. Once the full set is collected, the collection phase closes and the next secret section activates.

Take the Secret World portal that appears and complete the interaction inside. Wait a moment on the other side for the secret badge to register before leaving.

Claim the secret item at the Year 2024 podium

The badge and the item are separate rewards. Dress To Impress only grants the badge; the item is stored in the hub and has to be picked up by hand.

On the same account, exit Dress To Impress and join The Hunt: Roblox 20 hub again. Wait briefly for the hub to load the progress you made in 2024.

Go through the Year 2024 portal, then travel across that island to the Rivals-style arena, which is also called the floods arena.

Walk the whole way around to the back of the arena. The secret item podium is tucked behind it rather than on the main walkway, and it is a different pedestal from the one used for the standard 2024 reward layer tied to The Runway Sunhat.

Interact with the podium to claim the Dress To Impress secret reward. The item is added to your inventory on the spot, with the badge showing as earned on the experience page.

If the podium refuses the interaction, the badge has not registered yet. Confirm the secret badge is awarded on your account first, then rejoin the hub and let the 2024 state refresh before trying the claim again.
