The last stretch of Find The Animal Hospital Morphs [100] asks you to track down the ten characters that push your Banban Morphs count from 90/100 to the full set. All ten sit in locked-off or out-of-the-way spots across the elevator shaft, the upstairs offices, a janitorial storage room, the slide’s green room, and the playroom marked “!Naughty Corner.” Most require the Crowbar to open boarded doors.

What you need before starting

The route relies on one tool and a lot of back-and-forth across the outdoor bridge. Confirm the following before you set off.

The Crowbar in your hotbar, used to break boarded doorways and wooden double doors.
The Teleport menu, which offers ENTRANCE, PLAYGROUND, PROCEDURAL, HALLWAY, and GROUND FLOOR to cut down on walking.
Interact prompts such as “Requires Crowbar” and “Break” appear on barriers you can open, and “Get!” appears on each morph.

Elevator shaft: Ron Griffin and Intern Minion

Two morphs sit around the outdoor red elevator platform. Grab Ron Griffin first, then come back for Intern Minion after you have cleared the upstairs and storage rooms.

From the lobby, walk through the “FREE” doorway and follow the hospital corridor straight to the back doorway. Drop through the square hole in the floor to land in the outdoor elevator area.

Stand on the red platform and jump across to the ledge in the corner. Ron Griffin is waiting there.

When you return to this spot later, jump onto the metal support beam and railing above the red platform. Touch the yellow figure attached to the beam to claim Intern Minion.

Upstairs office and kitchen: Batman Duck and Tails Patient

Both of these are behind boarded doors along the same upstairs hallway, reached by crossing the outdoor bridge and climbing the brick stairs.

Leave the elevator platform through the red double doors, traverse the suspended walkway, ascend the brick staircase, and proceed into the hallway with orange walls.

Equip the Crowbar and break the boarded doorway on the wall to open the office. Jump onto the desk behind the computer monitor to collect Batman Duck.

Continue along that hallway and use the Crowbar once more to clear the boarded entrance to the kitchen. Tails Patient rests right on the stovetop.

Janitorial storage room: Hatsune Miku Patient, Ron Spiderman, and Richard Intern

Three morphs share one room next to the kitchen. Break in once and grab all three before moving on.

In the upstairs hallway, find the yellow double doors next to the kitchen and use the Crowbar to get into the janitorial storage room.

Head around the cardboard boxes piled in the corner and pick up Hatsune Miku Patient.

Move to the tilted grey hospital gurney against the wall and step behind it to pick up Ron Spiderman.

Climb onto the grey metal lockers, then jump across onto the stack of cardboard boxes to grab Richard Intern on top.

Green slide room: Clean up nurse and Big Intern

The slide drops you into a green room built around a giant plush cat nurse. Two morphs are tucked in with it.

Open the Teleport menu and choose GROUND FLOOR to return to the lower area quickly.

Take the outdoor walkway to the brick corridor, then follow it uphill into the long green hall. Pry open the yellow double doors with the Crowbar, and slide to the bottom of the green ramp.

At the bottom, approach the giant plush cat nurse and collect Clean up nurse sitting at its foot.

Walk around behind the plush cat into the back corner to find Big Intern.

Naughty Corner playroom: Barista

The final morph is in the pastel playroom with “!Naughty Corner” written on the wall, back across the bridge one more time.

Go over the outdoor bridge, ascend the brick staircase, and continue along the upper corridor until you reach the yellow double doors to the playroom.

Pick up Barista from the floor among the bowling pins and small colored chairs; it’s the tenth and final one.

Confirming you reached 100/100

Each pickup triggers a “You found:” pop-up naming the morph, so you get immediate confirmation as you touch each figure. Once Barista is collected, open the Banban Morphs menu. The counter that started at 90/100 should now read the full set, and every character will be selectable from the morph list.

If you want to double-check a specific character, open the Morphs menu and select it. Any morph you have unlocked can be equipped from there, so equipping one confirms it is registered rather than still marked “Not Found!”
