Fluff of Fleetness in Neverness to Everness - Stats, Effect, and How to Get It

Fluff of Fleetness in Neverness to Everness - Stats, Effect, and How to Get It

Fluff of Fleetness is an S-Rank Liquid Arc in Neverness to Everness (NTE). It is built for on-field main DPS characters who stay active for long stretches, since its passive stacks ATK every second the wearer is the active character and wipes out the moment they leave the field. The Arc is tied to the paid Battle Pass track called Circle Bounty, so it is not available from the standard gacha pool.

Quick answer: Get Fluff of Fleetness by purchasing the paid Battle Pass (Circle Bounty) and reaching Battle Pass Level 30, which awards an Arc-light Trove containing the Arc. Equip it on a Liquid main DPS who stays on the field for full rotations, such as Mint.

Fluff of Fleetness stats and rarity

At maximum level the Arc reaches a Base ATK of 512 and a CRIT DMG substat of 44%. The high crit damage roll is what makes it valuable even before the passive is considered, especially for characters whose teams already supply plenty of ATK% buffs.

Motor Candy passive effect

The Arc's signature passive is called Motor Candy. While the wearer is the active character, ATK increases by 5% every 1 second, stacking up to 5 times for a 25% ATK bonus at the base mixing level. The moment the character is swapped out, every stack is removed, and the wearer must rebuild them from zero on their next field entry.

Higher mixing levels scale the per-second ATK gain rather than the stack cap or the duration. The progression goes 5% → 6% → 7% → 8% → 9% per stack across mixing levels 1 through 5, which raises the maximum ATK bonus from 25% all the way to 45% at full investment.

Note: Because the stacks reset on swap, the Arc favors playstyles that stay on the field for full rotations. Characters that rely on quick swap-cancels or short on-field windows will rarely hold the full 5 stacks long enough to benefit.

Level progression and substat scaling

Base ATK climbs steadily from level 1 to level 70, while the CRIT DMG substat scales in ascension steps and locks at 44% from level 70 onward. The level 70 to 80 stretch only adds Base ATK, so the substat is already at its ceiling well before the final ascension.

Ascension materials

Fluff of Fleetness uses the standard Liquid Arc ascension line. The total cost from level 20 to level 80 sums to 420,000 Beetle Coin plus three tiers of Liquid Dream kits and Delusion materials. Plan farming runs for the Liquid Dream domain before pushing the Arc past level 40, since the higher-tier materials only drop from later stages.

Best characters for Fluff of Fleetness

The Arc is restricted to Liquid characters, and within that pool it works best on units who function as on-field main DPS carries. Mint is the headline pairing, since her loop keeps her active long enough to build and hold the 5-stack Motor Candy bonus through critical dodge counters and held charged attacks. With a CRIT-focused gear setup, the built-in 44% CRIT DMG also stacks cleanly with her Anima set bonus.

Liquid sub-DPS or support-style characters who rotate off the field quickly, such as Daffodill, gain very little from this Arc. The reset on swap means they almost never reach max stacks before leaving the field, so a flat-stat Liquid Arc usually outperforms it for that role.

How to get Fluff of Fleetness

Step 1: Purchase the paid version of the Battle Pass, listed in-game as Circle Bounty. The free track does not award this Arc.

Step 2: Earn Battle Pass experience through daily and weekly missions until you hit Battle Pass Level 30. The Arc-light Trove reward sits at that level node.

Step 3: Open the Arc-light Trove from the Battle Pass rewards screen and select Fluff of Fleetness from the available Battle Pass-exclusive Arcs. The Arc will appear in your inventory immediately, confirming the unlock.

Note: The Arc is tied to the active Battle Pass season. If you do not reach Level 30 before the season ends, the trove and the Arc are not retroactively granted.

For a Liquid main DPS who can hold the field through a full rotation, Fluff of Fleetness delivers one of the strongest combined offensive profiles in the game thanks to its high Base ATK, 44% CRIT DMG substat, and Motor Candy stacking ATK bonus. Skip it for swap-heavy supports, prioritize it for carries like Mint, and treat the Battle Pass Level 30 milestone as the gate that separates owning it from missing the season window.
