The 2005 Ford GT is one of the nine Treasure Cars in Forza Horizon 6, and it sits in the Nangan region on a coastal cliff that looks out over Tokyo City. It is the most powerful Treasure Car in the game, a rear-wheel-drive Class A car with a 676 performance index and a value of around 585,000 CR. Claiming it costs nothing once you reach the spot, but the final approach needs a short stretch of off-road driving.

How to unlock the Ford GT Treasure Car clue
Treasure Cars are not tied to story progress, races, or seasonal events. The clue for a region's car appears once you have revealed enough of that region's map. When the Ford GT becomes available, you will see its postcard clue in your Cars menu.
The in-game hint reads: "Spotted down one of the Nangan region's coastal trails, this Ford GT is in need of some TLC. Use the photo to find it." That photo points you to the eastern coastline at the southern tip of Nangan, which sits in the most southerly part of the map.
Ford GT location in the Nangan region
The car is parked in a makeshift gravel car park at the eastern edge of Nangan, on a cliff overlooking the Tokyo City skyline. To get there, follow these steps.
Step 1: Travel to the eastern coastline at the far southeastern side of Nangan. Drive along the main coastal road that runs closest to the shore.

Step 2: Watch for a dirt path branching off the road toward the cliff. The entrance is marked by several parked cars, a roadside mascot, and a signpost, so slow down so you do not drive past it.
Step 3: Follow the dirt trail through the wooded area. When you reach a fork, take the right-hand turn and keep going until the path opens onto the cliff-side car park where the Ford GT is parked.
Step 4: Drive up to the car. The collection cut scene plays automatically, and the GT is added to your garage, clean and ready to drive.

You can also approach along the beach and climb the nearby embankment, but the car is hard to see from the water's edge, so the coastal road and dirt path is the more reliable route.
How to confirm you got the Ford GT
When you drive into the car park and reach the vehicle, a short cut scene cleans it up, and the game confirms the Ford GT has been added to your collection. Unlike Barn Finds, Treasure Cars need no restoration time and are usable immediately after the cut scene.
If the car does not appear at the location, the clue has likely not unlocked yet. Reveal more of the Nangan region map until the Treasure Car prompt and its clue show up in your Cars menu, then return to the cliff.

Buying the Ford GT from the Auction House instead
If you would rather skip the drive, the 2005 Ford GT can also be picked up through the Auction House. Its standard value sits around 585,000 CR, though listing prices swing with supply and demand and can climb higher when activity slows. Because the map version is free, most players collect it from the cliff first and save their credits.
Whichever way you get it, the Ford GT slots in as a fast retro supercar for highway sprints, free-roam cruising, and photo runs around the Tokyo City skyline that frames its hiding spot.
