The Snezhnaya Shrine of Depths Key unlocks the sealed shrines scattered across the Cryo nation. As of version 7.0, Snezhnaya holds four Shrines of Depths, so you need four keys to open them all. Each shrine you unseal awards a Luxurious Chest that contains 80 Primogems along with Mora and other materials.
Quick answer: Collect all four keys by upgrading the Statue of The Seven in Snezhnaya with Cryoculus and by raising two of the region’s Meeting Points to their key-granting level. There is no other way to obtain them.
Where the keys come from
Only two systems in Snezhnaya hand out these keys, and together they cover exactly the four you need. One set comes from leveling the regional Statue of The Seven. The other set comes from upgrading Meeting Points. You do not need to fight a boss or clear a domain to earn them.
| Source | How it is earned |
|---|---|
| Statue of The Seven (Snezhnaya) | Offer Cryoculus to raise the statue’s level; keys arrive as level-up rewards |
| Meeting Point upgrades | Raise two specific Meeting Points to the level that grants a key |

Add to Google Preferences →Method 1: Level up the Statue of The Seven with Cryoculus
The Cryo nation’s Statue of The Seven awards Shrine of Depths Keys as you upgrade it. Upgrading requires Cryoculus, the region’s collectible oculus, which you gather while exploring the map.

Method 2: Upgrade the Meeting Points
Snezhnaya has three Meeting Points, but only two of them give out Shrine of Depths Keys. Those two are the Korolevskiy Theater and the Tidesong Cavern Meeting Point. Each key arrives once you raise the relevant Meeting Point to its reward level.

How to use a key and confirm it worked
Using a key is straightforward. Stand in front of the shrine you want to open and press the confirm button to interact with it. A key is consumed automatically as long as you have one in your inventory.
You know it worked when the seal breaks and the Luxurious Chest inside becomes available to claim. Once opened, that chest does not respawn, so each unseal is a one-time reward. If nothing happens when you interact, you are out of keys and need to earn another through one of the two methods above.
Where the four Snezhnaya shrines are
The four shrines are split across three regions. Two sit in Fellfrost Peak, one in Flamefeather Valley, and one in White Birch Snowgrave. Only one of them is gated behind quest progress before you can reach it.
| Shrine | Location | Access note |
|---|---|---|
| Fellfrost Peak #1 | On the cliff northeast/north of the Relics of the Fallen Grace Domain | No prior quest needed; follow the path from the nearby waypoint |
| Fellfrost Peak #2 | Southwest of and next to the House of Hesperides | Progress the Hesperides of Love and Hate World Quest to open the area |
| Flamefeather Valley | Above the Flamefeather Valley area, reached by gliding south from the entrance waypoint | Trigger the nearby world quest at the Statue of The Seven to clear the blocked path |
| White Birch Snowgrave | Out in the open near the Sacred Gorge, northeast of the southern waypoint | Follow the railway tracks north through the cave; expect enemies |
Unsealing shrines is usually one of the last steps in fully clearing a region, so there is no rush if you are still short on keys. Gather Cryoculus and push your Meeting Points as you explore, and the four keys will come together well before you finish mapping Snezhnaya.
