When the game comes back, eligible accounts receive 600 Stellar Jade in the in-game mailbox. The check is simple. You needed Trailblaze Level 4 or higher before maintenance started. That level is cleared during the opening stretch on Herta Space Station, so almost any existing account qualifies.
Log in after the servers return and open the mailbox. Claim the attached Jade. Your currency total updates as soon as the attachment is taken. That mail change is the confirmation it worked.
You miss the payout if the account was still below Trailblaze Level 4 when the shutdown began, or if the account did not exist yet. Mail that sits unclaimed is removed after 30 days, with no restore path. If the message has not appeared a few hours after login and you met the level rule, use the in-game feedback option under Settings and include your UID, region, and Trailblaze Level.
Spend leftover Trailblaze Power and start the pre-install before your local start time. After the login screen returns, grab the mailbox first if you want those 600 Jade in hand before you touch the new banners.
