The Hades Underworld of Indefinite is the fifth of six areas added to Roblox Fisch in the Wrath of Olympus update. Completing its bestiary at 100 percent is mandatory before you can claim the Hades Soul Scythe rod and break the seal into the final zone, the Olympian Fissure. The area revolves around two currencies — wisps and dark wisps — and a timed event boss called the Styx Angler.
Quick answer: To hit 100 percent bestiary completion, you must catch fish from three distinct sources within the Underworld — normal area fishing, wisp haunt fishing, and soul pool fishing — plus catch the Styx Angler during a Soul Scourge event.

Prerequisites — Unlock the Hades Underworld of Indefinite
You cannot enter this area until you have cleared all four preceding Wrath of Olympus zones in order. Each one must be fully completed before the next opens.
| Order | Area |
|---|---|
| 1 | Bellona's Frenzy of War |
| 2 | Apollo Song of Light |
| 3 | Poseidon's Storm of Floods |
| 4 | Zeus's Thunder of Chaos |
| 5 | Hades Underworld of Indefinite |
Once all four seals are broken, the portal to the Underworld becomes accessible.
Wisps and dark wisps — Currency farming
Almost everything in the Underworld runs on wisps. You need a minimum of 125 wisps and 25 dark wisps just to open the gate to the Hades Soul Scythe, and you will spend additional wisps along the way to reveal soul pools and interact with gravestones. Plan to farm well beyond 125.

How to get wisps
Green floating orbs drift around the Underworld and periodically converge on a single spot. When they gather, a Wisp Haunt event starts — the game announces it in chat. Cast any rod into the haunt area to fish up wisps. Haunts cycle roughly every five to ten minutes, and wisps are not guaranteed on every cast, so expect to grind through several haunt windows.
How to get dark wisps
Dark wisps come exclusively from soul pools. Soul pools are hidden by default. You have two ways to make them appear:
- Fairy Man NPC — Pay him 3 wisps, and he will reveal any soul pools currently active in the area. You can still fish in a soul pool, you cannot see if you happen to stand on one, but paying the Fairy Man removes the guesswork.
- Gravestones / Tombs — Offer 1 wisp to a gravestone for a low chance (roughly 10–20 percent) to spawn a new soul pool nearby.
Because both methods cost wisps, your actual wisp requirement is higher than the 125 needed for the gate NPCs. Budget extra haunt runs accordingly.

Unlocking the Hades Soul Scythe rod
Three NPCs guard the gate to a dark maze that holds the Hades Soul Scythe. Each demands a different payment.
| NPC | Cost | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Giant Statue (first) | 25 dark wisps | Opens part of the gate seal |
| Spirit Guide (small NPC) | 25 wisps | Styx Lantern (equippable light source) |
| Giant Statue (second) | 100 wisps | Opens remaining gate seal |
Picking up the Hades Soul Scythe also requires 100 percent bestiary completion for the Hades Underworld of Indefinite. If your bestiary is not full, you will not be able to claim the rod even after navigating the maze.

Reaching 100% bestiary in the Hades Underworld of Indefinite
Four distinct catch sources feed the bestiary. Missing any one of them will leave you short of the full completion mark.
| Source | What to do |
|---|---|
| Normal area fishing | Cast anywhere in the Underworld outside of events to log the standard fish pool. |
| Wisp Haunt fishing | Fish during an active Wisp Haunt event to register haunt-exclusive catches. |
| Soul Pool fishing | Fish in soul pools (visible or hidden) to log dark-wisp-pool fish. |
| Styx Angler | Catch the Styx Angler boss during a Soul Scourge event (details below). |
The first three sources are straightforward — just make sure you cast in each type of fishing spot at least once and land every species that appears. The Styx Angler is the difficult final entry.
Catching the Styx Angler and triggering the Olympian Fissure
The Styx Angler is both the last bestiary entry and the key to unlocking the Olympian Fissure. It only appears during a special area-wide event called Soul Scourge.
Step 1: Wait for the in-game chat to announce "A Soul Scourge has started." This event can trigger naturally when soul pools are abundant, and it may also be forced with the Disturbance mechanic.
Step 2: While Soul Scourge is active, go to any soul pool and fish for dark wisps. Each dark wisp you pull has an 8 percent chance to spawn the Styx Angler at your location.
Step 3: When the Styx Angler spawns, switch to a high-luck rod immediately. Luck affects your ability to hook rare catches, and the Styx Angler is among the hardest to land in the update.
Step 4: Successfully hooking the Styx Angler triggers a boss-fight minigame on your control bar. Complete the minigame to officially catch it. Your bestiary will update to 100 percent, and the seal to the Olympian Fissure will break open near the area's portal.

Olympian Fissure bestiary overview
The Olympian Fissure is the sixth and final area of the Wrath of Olympus update. Its bestiary is a separate completion target from the Underworld. Detailed species lists for the Olympian Fissure bestiary have been showcased by the community, though no official checklist has been published by the developers yet. Expect a mix of unique mythological fish exclusive to the Fissure zone, each requiring standard casts within that area to register.
The Hades Underworld of Indefinite is the longest grind in the Wrath of Olympus chain, largely because of the wisp economy and the RNG around Soul Scourge spawns. Farming wisps efficiently — hitting every Wisp Haunt cycle, offering wisps to gravestones between haunts, and paying the Fairy Man to locate active soul pools — keeps downtime to a minimum. Once the Styx Angler is in your bestiary and the Hades Soul Scythe is in your inventory, the path to the Olympian Fissure is open.
