Blooming Jadehaven is built specifically for her. It grants a 12% All-Attribute DMG bonus, and after she inflicts Electro Flare or triggers a Unison Response, her Resonance Skill DMG is amplified by 36% while ignoring 10% of the target’s Electro RES. While she is on the field, nearby enemies take 30% more Electro Flare DMG for 30 seconds. If you plan to invest heavily in her, one copy at S0R1 is the sensible first stop.

Prioritize substats in the order of Crit Rate / Crit DMG, then ATK%, then Resonance Skill DMG, with flat ATK last. Because the Sonata set, her passives, and Crit-heavy weapons already hand her plenty of Crit Rate, a Crit DMG main stat on the 4-Cost Echo is usually the better call. Double ATK% on the 3-Cost pieces is fine when those pieces roll much stronger substats.

Hsin is fully functional at S0, so her Resonance Chain is about improving damage and smoothing her rotation rather than fixing her base kit. S1 adds interruption immunity, damage reduction, and mode-specific boosts. S2 strengthens her empowered finishing attacks and how often she can access them. S3 raises her Resonance Liberation damage in both modes and is widely regarded as the best stopping point for lower spenders.
