The Hollow quest badge comes from a single run through The Warden. You get there from the Hollow event hub. The run has five trial rooms and ends with a boss fight. You can play it alone or with other players. The quest stays open until that boss is down.

Reaching The Warden from the Hollow event hub
Locate the Warden portal near the theatre where you first spawn. Once you find it, walk into it and select ‘Let’s Go’ to teleport.
Choose a character from the three options you get. There are Yoggy, Vaelis, and Mylo. The character you pick is the one you play for the run.
Start the run. You can play solo or with other players. The latter option might make things easier. Either option counts toward the badge.
Once the fifth room is complete, the boss appears. Defeat it, and the quest is complete. You get the Hollow Quest badge automatically after completing the quest.
