Kitsune is a Prismatic pet in Build a Ring Farm that raises crop income and quietly improves your mutations while you play. It cannot be hatched from any Egg. The only way to add it to your farm is by buying a paid bundle from the Premium Shop before that bundle disappears.
How to get the Kitsune pet in Build a Ring Farm
There is no free-to-play path to Kitsune right now. It comes only from the Kitsune Pack sold for Robux, or as a gift from a friend who buys the pack for you. Follow these steps inside the game.
Step 1: Click the store icon on the left side of the screen to open the Premium Shop. This is the shop that handles Robux purchases.
Step 2: Find the Kitsune Pack in the shop listing. It is the bundle that displays the Kitsune pet along with its extra items.
Step 3: Buy the pack for 799 Robux. Once the purchase confirms, the contents are added to your account.
Step 4: Open your inventory and place the Kitsune pet on any farm floor. You will know it worked when the pet appears equipped on that floor and the crop sale values there start including its boost.
What the Kitsune Pack includes
The 799 Robux pack bundles three items together. The Kitsune pet and the Crimson Higanbana seed are both exclusive to this pack, and the Crimson Higanbana sells for more than most Exotic-rarity crops, including Trucker's Delight, Void Fruit, and Pepper.
| Item | Notes |
|---|---|
| Kitsune pet | Prismatic pet, exclusive to the pack |
| Super Fertilizer | Single-use farming item |
| Crimson Higanbana seed | Exclusive crop with a high sale value |
Kitsune pet abilities and stats
Kitsune does two things on the floor where it sits. It adds a flat boost to crop sale value, and it runs a passive mutation upgrade on a timer. The earnings multiplier alone places it among the strongest pets in the game.

| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Prismatic |
| Earnings boost | 6x |
| Sale value boost on floor | +$150,000 to crops on that floor |
| Passive ability | 15% chance every 5 minutes to upgrade a mutated crop |
The sale boost can be raised further by spending Cash on Kitsune upgrades, and the pet itself can be leveled toward the Level 50 cap to increase both its multiplier and the strength of its passive.
How the Kitsune mutation upgrade works
Every five minutes, Kitsune has a chance to pick a random crop that already has a mutation and push that mutation up one step. It removes the current mutation and replaces it with the next best one, which always carries a higher multiplier. The crop's sale value climbs each time this fires, so the pet effectively runs part of your mutation progression in the background.
The upgrade moves one tier at a time up the multiplier ladder. A Wet crop at 1.35x becomes Frozen at 1.75x, then steps up to Autumn or Void at 2.25x, and continues upward from there. The top of the ladder is Rainbow at a 5x multiplier, the best mutation Kitsune can apply. A Radioactive-mutated Carrot, for example, can be turned into a Rainbow Carrot because Rainbow sits higher.
If you play long sessions and want to keep pushing crop income and mutation tiers higher, the Kitsune Pack is one of the most efficient single purchases available, with the 6x multiplier and the automatic mutation upgrade doing most of the work. More casual players will get less out of the passive, since it needs steady playtime to pay off, and the Super Fertilizer and Crimson Higanbana seed are bonuses rather than the main draw. Either way, the decision has a deadline, because the pack and its exclusive contents leave the shop on June 7, 2026.
