The redemption menu only unlocks once you clear a specific early story stage, so new players need to progress a little before typing in any code.

Launch JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit on your phone and play through the story until you reach level N1-4, which unlocks the Recruit feature and the redemption menu.

Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen.
