What the codes actually reward
Most KAIZEN codes hand out Lucky Clan Spins and Binding Vow Spins. Clan Spins reroll which clan your character belongs to, which decides passive stat bonuses, while Binding Vow Spins unlock Binding Vow abilities that alter combat mechanics in exchange for a self-imposed restriction. A few codes also grant timed multipliers, such as 2x Mastery EXP or 2x Raid Drop Chance, that only apply for the duration stated in the reward, usually 15 to 30 minutes.
Rarer drops like Domain Shards and Black Flash Essence have shown up in past code rewards and matter for combat progression, but none of the currently working codes include them. Timed boosts deliver the most value when redeemed right before a raid or a farming session rather than during downtime, since the clock starts the moment you confirm the code.
New codes tend to appear around major content updates, community player-count milestones, and holidays, so checking back after any of those events is the most reliable way to catch fresh ones before they expire.
