The A Shadow Over Gotham mission inside The League of Shadows Returns chapter hides five League Banners along a fairly linear path from the opening street section to the approach to Wayne Tower. Collecting all five contributes to mission completion and unlocks the banner as a decorative model for the Batcave.
Banner 1: Opening street drop
From the spawn point, drop down to the lower street. The first banner hangs in plain sight directly ahead, suspended above a stone archway near the start of the level.
Banner 2: Main street T-junction
Push forward into the main street area where Bane's goons patrol alongside the armored cameras. Follow the road to the T-junction at the end, move past the bollards, and climb the short flight of stairs. The second banner sits above the stage near a scissor lift.
Banner 3: Subway tunnel
After breaking through the destructible blockage, drop into the subway tunnel and continue until you spot three wall-mounted security cameras. Turn right at that point. The third banner is suspended in the air opposite a beam, and you can grapple through a passage high in the wall to line up a clear shot.
Banner 4: Under the freeway
Head back up to street level and fire a zipline across the gap created by the subway below. About halfway across, look to your right and down toward the freeway underpass. The fourth banner is tucked under the overpass, partially obscured by a bus that Batgirl can move with her hacking ability once you reach the far side.
Banner 5: Approach to Wayne Tower
Keep following the objective marker toward Wayne Tower. Shortly after grabbing the fourth banner, turn the next corner and look up. The final banner hangs between two buildings over the street, directly along the main path.
Verification and cleanup
Mission completion tracks each banner on the pause menu's collectibles tally for A Shadow Over Gotham. If a banner is missed, the mission can be replayed at any time from the Batcomputer inside the Batcave, which restores all collectibles that were not picked up on a previous run.
Two abilities are required to reach every banner cleanly: Nightwing's zipline for crossing the subway gap, and Batgirl's hackerang for moving the bus blocking banner four. Without both characters available in the mission rotation, the fourth banner cannot be reached.
