Note: The Tyrant King title also boosts Excalibur Morgan damage, so equipping it early helps the 35,000,000 damage quest go faster. Since Corruption and Blackening both spawn in the same dark room, you can chip away at quests 4 and 5 during the same runs you use for the Medusa and boss counts.

You know the sword is fully mastered when the R slot flips from “R – Lock” to a usable move on the moveset bar.
