Where the central pyramid elevator sits on Thebes
The elevator is a glowing golden circle on the floor, ringed by four pillars. It sits in the middle of the first section of Thebes, indoors, right at the heart of the pyramid. There is only one of these in the whole location, so once you spot the gold ring, you are in the right place.
Most of the jump pads scattered around this indoor area funnel you toward the elevator, so following them is a quick way to reach the center if you lose your bearings. The elevator is close to where the opening fight breaks out, which is why it pays to grab it early.

Flawed Ascension pops the instant the elevator launches you skyward, so you should see the achievement notification appear as you rise. If it does not register, the most common reasons are being in a Custom match, where nothing tracks, or never actually reaching the golden pad.
