Before you start: pick the right map

Each daily mission gives you two ways to earn one star. You can solve the Scene Star Search clue and grab the hidden star, or complete Match Star Hunting by winning three matches in Quick Match, Competitive, Arcade, or Practice vs. AI. You can only claim one star per day, so there is no benefit to doing both.

There is a Pym Test Kitchen vehicle in both Times Square and Hellfire Bay Beach. The Day 12 star only appears at the beach, so make sure you load into the correct map.

How to collect the Day 12 star at Hellfire Bay Beach

Check the day’s clue in the Jeff’s Superstar Search event menu. Pick Scene Star Search, then choose “TO HELLFIRE BAY BEACH” to reach the map.

Exit the beach spawn shelter and cross the sand toward the water, veering left. Keep moving toward Jeff’s Beach Resort and the boardwalk deck.

Look along the wooden deck on your left for the parked red Pym Test Kitchen cart. It is the clue’s size-changing vehicle, and it serves the Pym-ini Sandwich.

Walk directly into the star to collect it. You do not need a flying or climbing hero for this one, so any character works.

Confirm the star registered

After you touch the star, a “Star Found!” notification appears on screen. Leave the beach and return to the main lobby, then reopen the Jeff’s Superstar Search page. The collected star will show as filled in on the large star graphic, confirming your daily progress.

Event rewards and how many stars you need

You need 10 stars in total to claim every reward. Because a new clue appears each day and the event has been extended, there are more clue days than the 10 stars required, so missing a few days will not lock you out of the final reward.
