The Mimes mission opens Chapter 2 of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, pairing Batman with Catwoman for the first time inside Shreck's Department Store. The level hides 11 collectibles in total: 5 Cat Heads, 5 WayneTech Caches, and the Feline Red Brick that recolors suits and vehicles in white tones.

WayneTech Cache and Cat Head walkthrough
Step 1: After the opening cutscene, turn right and face the large portrait on the wall. Use Catwoman's Whip on the yellow screws holding it in place to drop the painting and reveal the first WayneTech Cache.

Step 2: Move into the next office. The first Cat Head sits in the back-left corner and can be smashed with any standard attack.
Step 3: Enter the room guarded by two Mimes and security cameras. Immediately break the desk on the left to grab a Key, then backtrack to the locked door behind your entry point. Open it for the second WayneTech Cache.

Step 4: Continue into the large room with the elevator. The second Cat Head is held in the hand of the central statue, reachable with a jump or pulled down with a Batclaw.
Step 5: Ride the elevator up and climb the stairs on the right. At the top, turn around to spot the third Cat Head tucked inside a ventilation tunnel.

Step 6: Push through the ambush room and clear the enemies. On the right side, break the box covering a hidden vent. Crawl in, swap to Catwoman's Call Kitty to fit through the smaller duct, then press the button to lift the shutter. Push the cart forward to collect the third WayneTech Cache.
Pets Store and Feline Red Brick puzzle
Progress until the path forward seals off and you arrive in the multi-store courtyard. Three storefronts surround you: a red Shreck's sign in the center, a blue Pets sign, and a green Gadgets sign.
Step 1: Face the Pets Store and use Catwoman's Whip on the rolling shutters to open them. Walk in and use Batman's Batclaw on the suspended container to pull down the fourth WayneTech Cache.

Step 2: Cross to the Gadgets Store on the opposite side. Plug the loose wire near the red arrows into the TV to activate a maze mini-game on the screen.
Step 3: Step on the directional arrows to steer the green cat sprite through the maze. The orange dog only patrols vertically, so time your moves through its lane. Reach the red square in the bottom-right to break the TV.

Step 4: Pick up the Feline Red Brick that drops from the destroyed screen.
Final stretch: Sports Goods, Music Store, and Shreck's sign
Step 1: Move into the next large arena and defeat the wave of enemies, which includes giant Brutes. Once the room clears, head to the back-right corner where the Sports Goods Store sits. The fourth Cat Head rests above the storefront and can be knocked down with a thrown gadget.
Step 2: Enter the Music Store on the left side of the same area. Stand on the red pressure plate to trigger a piano cutscene that shows a key sequence.

Step 3: Jump across the oversized piano keys in the exact order shown during the cutscene. Completing the tune pulls back the curtain at the rear and exposes the fifth WayneTech Cache.
Step 4: Continue to the final segment where the objective asks you to build something in the center of the room. Before assembling the pile, turn around and look up toward the Shreck's sign. The fifth and final Cat Head sits in a small alcove above the doorway you came through.

If any collectible was missed on the first run, replay Mimes from the Batcave's mission terminal in Free Play. Free Play lets you swap to any unlocked character, which matters less here since Batman and Catwoman cover every requirement, but it does let you return after acquiring upgrades that speed up traversal.
