How to redeem Neverness to Everness codes
Step 1: Progress through the opening sequence until the full phone menu and Mail are available. The code option does not appear before those menus unlock.
Step 2: Open the phone menu from the main interface once you have full control. This is the same menu that holds the extra options for your account and messages.
Step 3: Select the three-dot menu near your avatar and choose Redeem Code. That opens the text field for promo codes.
Step 4: Enter one code exactly as shown in the list and confirm it. Letter casing matters, so it is best to paste each code directly.
Step 5: Open Mail and claim the reward message after the code goes through. Your items are delivered there rather than going straight into your inventory.

A successful code gives you a confirmation prompt when you submit it. After that, the reward package appears in Mail, and claiming that message is the sign that the redemption worked.
