How to redeem codes in Neverness to Everness
The redemption process is the same on PS5, PC, Android, and Apple devices, once you’ve cleared the opening tutorial.
Rewards land in your mailbox rather than directly in your inventory, so a code only counts as redeemed once that “Redeem Code Applied” message shows up and you’ve pressed Claim.

Other ways to claim free rewards
Players who pre-registered before launch can find a “Pre-Reg Milestone Rewards” message in the in-game mail, which contains a Haniel A-Class character, 20 Fabricated Dice, 20 Elite Hunter Guides, 30,000 Beetle Coins, and a Whisker Glider skin. Logging in for three consecutive days also unlocks the A-Class character Aurelia as a separate login bonus, independent of any code.
Twitch Drops offer another route to free materials. Linking a Neverness to Everness account to Twitch and watching a participating stream pays out rewards on a sliding scale, starting at 20,000 Beetle Coins after 15 minutes and topping out at 50 Annulith after two and a half hours of viewing. Drops must be claimed from the Twitch Drops Inventory before they apply in-game.
Codes tend to carry short redemption windows, often just a few days from the moment they’re announced, so entering them as soon as they surface on the official Discord gives you the best shot at claiming the full reward before it expires.
