The codes work on the global servers, and the redemption window closes at 23:59 (UTC+8) on May 13, 2026.

How to redeem codes in Neverness to Everness
Redemption happens inside the client. There is no web portal at launch, so you must open the game after it releases on April 29 and progress far enough to unlock the in-game mailbox before codes can deliver rewards.
Step 1: Launch Neverness to Everness and sign in to the account you plan to use. Complete the prologue so the main menu and mail system unlock.
Step 2: Open the Menu from the top-right corner of the screen, then tap the three dots icon to expand more options.
Step 3: Select Redeem Code. Paste one of the codes above exactly as shown, keeping capitalization intact, and confirm.
Step 4: Open the in-game mailbox to claim the Annulith, Beetle Coins, dyes, and Hunter Guides attached to that code.
You will know redemption succeeded when the confirmation message appears and the reward mail lands in your inbox. If the mailbox is not yet unlocked, the code will still register against your account, but the items cannot be claimed until the mail feature becomes available through story progression.
Reward breakdown
Claiming all three global codes stacks into a sizeable early-game boost. Annulith is used for gacha pulls, Beetle Coins function as a general shop currency, and Hunter Guides accelerate character progression.
