Requirements before redeeming a code

The redeem code menu only unlocks once the in-game mail system is available. You need to finish the opening tutorial, including the first story segment, before the option appears in your menu.

How to redeem Neverness to Everness codes

Open Neverness to Everness and bring up the main menu from the phone icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Tap the three-dot icon inside that menu, then select Redeem Code from the list of options.

Type an active code into the text box exactly as it appears, since codes are case-sensitive, then confirm the entry.

Open the mail icon from the same phone menu and look for a message titled “Redeem Code Applied.”

Press Claim on that message to collect the reward, or use Claim All if you have multiple pending rewards waiting in your inbox.
