“Increases Phantom Edge damage by 10% for 15 seconds and restores 20% HP.”
The item description reads:
“A secret tonic passed among assassins who lurk in the depths of the Discordance. Brewed from the Sha-Chi of the dead and unstable remnants of Phantom Arts, it rapidly heals injuries while allowing the user to forcibly draw power from the Discordance itself.”
The damage bonus applies to Phantom Edge only. If you want to push your damage further, there are other ways to increase damage beyond this remedy.
Forbidden Concoction upgrades
Forbidden Concoction upgrades from Lv 1 to Lv 7. Each level raises the damage bonus, the heal, or the number of uses, and each is paid for in Remnant Dust.
