The underwater Bubbly Basin region in Pokémon Pokopia comes with its own kitchen, its own ingredients, and 10 dishes you can’t cook anywhere else in the game. Food matters here because it powers up your abilities, so getting the recipes going early pays off. Every dish leans on ingredients that only grow beneath the waves, which means you need the Bubbly Basin expansion installed to make any of them.
Quick answer: There are 10 Bubbly Basin recipes. Most of them run through the Blender, which you craft with two Pokémetal after reaching the Smoothie Making quest. The two region-exclusive ingredients you’ll rely on are Watermelon slices and Sea grapes.

Watermelon slices are the backbone of every smoothie, and getting them involves a small chain of Pokémon working together. Nothing here is optional, so work through it in order.

How to get Sea grapes
Sea grapes are the easier of the two exclusive ingredients. They grow wild all over Bubbly Basin, so you can gather them just by exploring. Sea grape seeds also show up in the shop from time to time and can turn up as treasure while you’re out, letting you plant your own crop for a steady supply.
Unlocking the Blender for smoothies
You can’t make most of these dishes without the Blender. To get it, unlock Mudkip and keep progressing through the main storyline until the Smoothie Making quest appears. Once you reach that quest, you can craft a Blender using two Pokémetal.

Because so many different Pokémon feed into this process, it’s worth building out the Bubbly Basin habitats as early as you can so the right specialists are ready when you need them. Unlocking Portal Pods also helps a lot, since it makes moving watermelons, sea grapes, and other ingredients between spots far less tedious.
