In Probably Stolen: Cyberpunk Shopkeeper Sim, some of the people at your window are wanted by the Security Department. Turning them in pays a bounty in credits. Getting it wrong costs you money.

Quick answer: Nine wanted people carry bounties from 100 to 1500 credits. When a customer matches a face on the Wanted poster, press the alarm button under the counter, but only if you’re sure.

Where the Wanted poster comes from: Officer Lun on Day 1

On Day 1, customer five—the last customer—is Officer Lun from the Security Department. You can identify him by his red beret and sunglasses. He briefly covers how the Wanted list works and points out the alarm button beneath the counter. His instructions are short:

Officer Lun of the Security Department at the shop window on Day 1
Officer Lun is the last customer on Day 1.
  • “Notify us with your alarm.”
  • “We will take care of the rest.”
  • “Only report them if you’re sure it’s them.”
  • “You will be fined if you make false report.”

He leaves a Wanted poster on the counter. Its tooltip reads “Officer Lun: Only report them if you’re sure it’s them.” The poster carries the Security emblem and goes into your inventory as an item. You can open it again whenever you want, so you always have the nine faces and their bounties on hand.

How to report a wanted customer

When a customer at the window looks like someone on the list, open the Wanted poster from your inventory. Do this while they’re still standing at the window.
Compare the customer’s face with the faces on the poster. Only move on if you’re certain it’s the same person.

Press the alarm button under the counter. Once the alarm is pressed, Security handles the rest. A correct report pays the bounty and gives +5 Security reputation.

A false report costs 8 Security reputation, plus a 50 credit fine if you hold at least 100 credits. One false report is forgiven every 5 days. If you aren’t sure the face matches, don’t press the alarm.

The poster remains useful throughout the run. Give it a dedicated inventory slot so you can bring it up and check a face at a glance while the customer waits.

Model Citizen and Convict perks change bounty rewards

Two starting perks change how much each Wanted list report pays. Lou’s 1500-credit bounty shows the difference most clearly.
