Find the Cakes hides 69 collectibles across six connected zones — Spawn Island, the Plains, Dream World and the Sky, the ocean floor, the Arctic and its Crystal Cave, and the Savanna with its Pyramid. Most of them are simply sitting somewhere. The rest are locked behind buttons, keypads, tools, and one very long number.
Quick answer: Four keypad codes gate the locked cakes — C4k3s, 43556, 59183, and 126864144020. The rest are found by hand across six zones, with Rainbow Cake collected last at 69/69.

Four separate inputs open four separate doors. None of them can be entered early — each one needs you to reach the room first.

The Pyramid code is not a secret you have to guess. It is displayed on the wall monitor inside the spawn house, so read it there before making the trip back into the desert.
The five notes that spell C4k3s
The computer password is assembled from five scraps scattered around Spawn Island and the Plains. Each note gives you one character and its position, so you can enter the password as soon as you have all five.

Nine pickups exist purely to unlock cakes elsewhere. Grabbing them on your first pass through each zone saves a lot of swimming later.

Puzzle triggers for the locked cakes
Twelve cakes will not appear no matter how carefully you search, because something has to be switched on first. Here is exactly what each one waits for.
Beehive: Honeycomb Cake and Honey Cake
Pick up the watering can hidden under a tree in the Plains, then use it on the small seedling by the pond. The seedling grows into a tall blocky tree with a hanging beehive at the top. Climb in through the hive opening to enter the interior.
Honeycomb Cake (Hard) sits in a wall niche on the ground floor. Honey Cake (Hard) is at the top of the honeycomb pillar obby above it.
Mountain vault: Royal Cake and the Red Relic
Security room: Digital Cake
Collect all five notes, then type C4k3s into the bunker computer. The security door slides open onto a room lined with numeric boards. Punch 43556 into the keypad there and the inner vault opens on Digital Cake (Insane).
Ingredient pedestals: Double Cake
Four pedestals stand outside the brick starter house on Spawn Island, and all four need filling. The Bag of Flour is under a sunken wooden shipwreck, the Frying Pan rests on the seabed near an ice cliff, the Milk bottle is lying on the sea floor, and the Egg is held inside a submerged carved stone hand.
Place all four, press the green wall button, and the side door opens. Double Cake (Difficult) is inside.
Snowman quiz: Snowman Cake
Talk to the top-hat Snowman NPC in the Arctic and answer all six questions correctly. Snowman Cake (Hard) spawns beside him the moment the last one lands.

Torch and the ice wall: Caveman Cake
A torch sits on a high snow ledge in the Arctic. Carry it into the icy cavern tunnel and use it on the ice wall blocking the passage. The barrier thaws and Caveman Cake (Hard) is in the alcove behind it.
Savanna obelisk: Pharaoh Cake
The black obelisk in the Savanna has three altar pedestals. Place the White Relic from the Pyramid corridor, the Red Relic from the mountain vault, and the Blue Relic from the underwater cave beneath the Arctic ice cliffs. Pharaoh Cake (Medium) spawns when the relics go down.
Timed escape, Devil Cake, and the basement trapdoor
Deep inside the Pyramid, a chamber triggers a 20-second countdown escape. Running it straight through leads to Devil Cake (Difficult) at the far end of the corridor.
That same room hides a second secret. Talk to the raccoon taking a bath in the bunker bathroom first and he explains that his cake is in the basement, opened by a button inside a timed area. On your next run through the escape, hit the circular black button on the lower wall instead of sprinting for the exit. Return to the bunker house and the floor trapdoor will be open, leading down to Raccoon Cake (Difficult).
Crystal Cave keypad: Rainbow Cake
Rainbow Cake (Mythical) is the last one, and its index hint simply reads “Solve the crystal puzzle.” Enter the dark opening in the Arctic mountain and climb the vertical column parkour all the way to the top room, where 19 crystals and a set of rules are mounted on the wall.
The 12-digit answer those crystals and multipliers produce is 126864144020. Enter it on the wall keypad and the vault door opens on the final cake.

Bunny Cake moves, so chase it down rather than waiting for it to settle. Gold Cake requires a long open-water swim to a desert island with a treasure chest on it.

Dream World is reached by interacting with the bed in the bunker. The Sky biome is separate — launch up to it from the yellow offshore trampoline pad.

Long Cake sits at the end of the treetop route — climb a Savanna tree and follow the green cables across the canopy rather than trying to jump the gaps.
How to confirm all 69 cakes are collected
Your progress is tracked in two places. The billboard tag above your character carries a live counter in x/69 form, and the index menu lists every cake with its name, description, and difficulty. Anything you have not picked up yet stays unfilled in that list.
The index also doubles as a hint system. Opening a missing entry shows a short pointer — Rainbow Cake’s reads “Solve the crystal puzzle” — which is the fastest way to work out whether a straggler is a hidden pickup or a puzzle you have not triggered yet.
Rainbow Cake is the intended finisher. When the Crystal Cave vault opens and you walk in, the counter ticks over to 69/69 and the index is complete.
